At Your Guide to Livengood, we like to explore and build on your unique abilities using psychodynamic psychotherapy. In our sessions, we'll work collaboratively to uncover underlying patterns, conflicts, and dynamics that may contribute to your difficulties. Through open dialogue and reflection, we aim to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings.
